Jack is 23
We just finished a fun weekend of celebrating Jack's birthday and we had a celebration with all of his friends and family--that always makes us feel really grateful for the people we have around us.
So Jack's birthday was a fun day, it was on this past Saturday. When he got up for work in the morning I ran to Target and Zurcher's to pick up some decorations and presents to decorate the house. I went with a throwback theme of all of his favorite things...Avengers, Star Wars, and I got him some Legos and Dragon Ball stuff that I knew he would like. I anchored balloons down with these items. When he came in from work I was playing Star Wars music and was striking a pretty sweet pose. He was surprised and it was cute to see him get into all of the stuff I got him. I also got him clothes and a watch for his birthday. It was an awesome morning :)
After we went climbing with Kate and Andrew, it was a good time. We have loved getting into climbing...it definitely makes me feel accomplished and I love learning new climbs and we have made some huge improvements over the past couple of months.
For the past few weeks I have been setting up a little get together with Jack's friends to go to Flow Rider and I feel like there is always a lot of variability for things to go south when planning something like this...but honestly everything went super smooth. I was super impressed of how everything went. Everyone came that said they were going to, the reservation wasn't somehow lost in cyber space, and we didn't blow up getting there...I would say that was a success! Anyway, everyone was so awesome and I feel like they genuinely had an awesome time :)
We have been busy for the past couple of weeks that I will explain through pictures....It's always more fun that way am I right?
